Dinnus and Brian did an excellent job moving our furniture and refrigerator! They were very careful loading and unloading. They are professional and friendly. I’ll be hiring First Class Moves again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
- $50 non refundable booking fee which guarantees your job even if you need to reschedule after original date is already confirmed. Our customer's time is valued by FCM and we expect the same courtesy from our customers. This fee is not included in the hourly final cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contacting and booking our customer, we make sure everything they require is aligned and we go do our job the First Class way.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner/operator, I have 7 years of driving commercially/professionally as well as 7 years of delivering and moving professionally. Having training and experience driving vehicles from cargo vans to 26 foot box trucks.
