Angel Medina is a great personal trainer. He is getting all of my family in shape for a healthy life helping us make healthy decisions and pushing us to the next level. He will make you sore and wanna cry but give you the hand to pull you up and wipe those tears with encouraging words. I am very pleased with fitness 4 life and Angel Medina.

Angel trained my 17 year old who has had a weight problem all of his life. Angel met with him 3 times a week in the gym or a local park. The change that I saw in my son was incredible. My son lost souch of his fat but replaced it with lean muscle. Angel educated him on nutrition, gave him an incredible diet, and taught him how to train his own body. The improvement wasn't only physical. My son became healthier mentally. Though my son has finished training with Angel, he continues to train himself using what he was taught. My son is truly Fit 4 Life.
