Chelsea has been an AMAZING trainer for the past two months. She works very closely with you on your weight goals and eating habits. Not only is she a great trainer, but the sessions are very therapeutic physically and emotionally. You can get training and a counseling session all in one! My progress has been so rewarding, and I look forward to continuing with her!! I would recommend her to anyone; it doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey; she will get you to your goal!

I enjoyed training with Good Form Fitness! Chelsea made sure I understood proper nutrition so that I could achieve the results I desired. Each session we focused on good form and every workout was challenging! By the time I was done training, I was able to come up with my own workouts and I felt so much more confident in the gym. I highly recommend people of all fitness levels to work with her. You won’t be disappointed!

I trained with Chelsea for two years. She is very knowledgeable and has helped me in many ways- physically and mentally. I am my desired weight and size, I am stronger than I ever thought I could be, and my self esteem has tripled. I was a person who hated the gym, and Chelsea made me fall in love with working out and becoming as healthy as possible.
