She truly takes her time to ensure that you as a client understand the importance of nutrition and proper form. The first couple sessions focuses on teaching the basics she is patient and knowledgable, which helps prevent injury and ensures results. This experience has helped with my self image and confidence, having a trainer who cares really makes a difference.

Chelsea has been an AMAZING trainer for the past two months. She works very closely with you on your weight goals and eating habits. Not only is she a great trainer, but the sessions are very therapeutic physically and emotionally. You can get training and a counseling session all in one! My progress has been so rewarding, and I look forward to continuing with her!! I would recommend her to anyone; it doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey; she will get you to your goal!
