Efrain was extremely responsive and always helpful in the entire process of having our pool redone. He’s very friendly and always had a positive attitude and brought solutions to any issue. Efrain was Awesome and very professional from start to finish. Great communication and always on time! I will use again. His work was top notch!
Efrain solved a very complicated pool leak after a previous repairman failed to find the problem. He communicated clearly about when he and his crew would arrive, and also took great care in preserving my artificial turf in spite of extensive digging. Total cost seemed very fair. Highest recommendation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes is very difficult if not impossible, every job is different price for another, materials involved and amount, sizing and time.
Pool tile and pool coping for example are quoted based on type of the materials and size of the pool. We do not have an established price for a job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introducing myself and send information of my company through text message.
Schedule an appointment and visit on their house as soon as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We alway are! We try to be up to date with the most modern technics and materials as well as the new energy efficient pool equipment and pool automation systems with wireless controllers.
