Hi I’m Chandra and I want to manage your Airbnb or property! I provide services from marketing and advertising to booking, customer relations to cleaning and maintenance. I’m going into my second year as an investor and property manager and I know both sides to short term rentals as a guest and a host. I truly enjoy being both. I am currently hosting properties on the Airbnb platform in Texas. I help new and seasoned clients become successful at short term rentals by taking the stress of management away. Most of my clients just want to “collect a check or receive a direct deposit” and I honestly make that possible for them to do because I take care of everything when it comes down to property management. My duties and responsibilities include but not limited to keeping the property marketed outside the Airbnb or VRBO platforms thru social media and local businesses, working directly with guests and contractors, perform strategies to increase occupancy rates when needed, maintain the property by using the right contractors that I trust, bookkeeping, but most importantly minimizing expenses and maximizing profits.
