- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive with no hidden fees, and we proudly offer military discounts. We focus on quality workmanship, honest pricing, and long-term value for every customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free inspection and consultation to understand the customer’s needs. We then provide a detailed estimate, review material and warranty options, and help with insurance claims if needed. Once approved, we schedule the project, keep communication open throughout the job, and finish with a final walkthrough and photo documentation to ensure everything meets our standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While roofing contractors are not required to hold a state license in Texas, I am licensed in the state of Florida and stay committed to ongoing industry education and best practices. I am also a proud member of Roofing Contractors Association of Texas (RCAT), which helps us stay up to date on industry standards, safety, and proper roofing procedures. Our hands-on experience, continued training, and commitment to quality help ensure every project is completed professionally and correctly.
