Communication 3/5 Value 5/5 Work 4/5 Pricing was very competitive and was the best of the 3 quotes I received. They did a pretty good job in cutting down two trees on my property, one willow pod that was uprooted after Hurricane Beryl and a very 50ft + pine. I didn’t do stump grinding or stump removal. The communication was fine but could be better. I had to follow up a few times to get responses so I can get scheduled for the quote and for the service. The service wasn’t actually scheduled; they texted one day told me they were on the way. I happened to be free at the time so said ok. They finished cutting the trees down and put the waste on the curb. I wanted hauling, but all didn’t haul all of it away. A few days after the removal, someone came to haul some of the larger tree logs, but the other pieces are still on the curb.

The team came out even when I thought it wouldn’t be possible with it starting to rain a bit before they got there. Really cleared the trees and junk off of the property well. I will be using them again
