- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Private lesson tuition is as follows: $120/month for weekly 30 minute lessons, $180/month for weekly 45 minute lessons, $230/month for weekly 60 minute lessons. Group class tuition is $100/month for a weekly 45 minute class. Multi-class discounts are available for siblings or students studying multiple instruments as follows: First class - full price Additional classes - $10/month discount There is a one time registration fee of $15
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our instructors meet with new students and their parents at the first lesson to discuss goals, interests, and how to best structure the lessons for that student. Parents are welcome to sit in on lessons if preferred, or we have a comfortable waiting area for families. Registration can be done via email, phone, or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors have college degrees and/or professional playing experience, or in many cases, BOTH!
