- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $85 service call fee. This is applied towards repair costs if you move forward with the repair!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come diagnosis your appliance. Let you know the cause of the issue then give you an estimate on the cost of repair. We are able to complete projections the same day in many cases but not all.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is the age and condition of the unit? Is there more than one problem? Make sure to tell your technician all the symptoms and concerns with your unit before any work takes place.
