Bocados catered our event for 45 people. The food was exactly as ordered, and delivered and presented as promised. What made the experience excellent was Ginny's ability to work within our budget, to be flexible with special needs diets and to ensure that we were completely comfortable with the set up before leaving us to it (we signed up for drop-catering.) The meal received lots of compliments. We will definitely use Bocados in the future!

Ginny was great from beginning to end...her help with menu planning, set up, serving, and clean up were all professional. I really appreciated that she made a trip to our house prior to the event. It allowed us to get to know each other a bit and for her to plan aspects of food preparation and service. The food for my son's engagement party was exactly what we were hoping for...it was delicious and beautifully presented. Ginny did a great job of making sure everything was set up and replenished as needed. Her service allowed me to enjoy my time with my guests and not have to worry about monitoring the appetizers, dinner, and dessert. We'll definitely be using Bocados Catering again.

GINNY WAS WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH--RESPONSIVE TO OUR QUESTIONS, PUNCTUAL, FUN. SHE CATERED DINNER 1 HOUR FROM HUTTO FOR ~100 PEOPLE. HER STAFF WAS VERY EFFICIENT AND I SAW NO GLITCHES IN ANY OF THEIR SERVICE. FOOD WAS DELICIOUS AND WAS CLEANED OUT BY OUR HUNGRY GUESTS. IN SHORT, WE WOULD WORK WITH HER AGAIN IN THE BLINK OF AN EYE NEXT TIME WE ARE IN CENTRAL TEXAS! I CANNOT SUGGEST ANYTHING TO IMPROVE OUR EVENING.

We do not have a complicated pricing system but there can be additional charges for specific items. Ex: China Plates Vs. Disposable Acrylic Plates
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly learning new concepts that bring a variety of perfect bites to Bocados.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Growing up in Louisiana I was exposed to a variety of cuisine that we enjoyed in our household. There were many times that dinner was picked in the back field so at an early age I was able to appreciate fresh homegrown fruits and vegetables. We strive to offer that freshness in the food we serve to our clients.
