My AC wasn’t cooling and it is August in Texas! I contacted Atomic, got a response immediately, and they were able to fix my AC the same day! Kevin was very helpful and explained what was wrong in detail. He even gave me a cost breakdown for a new HVAC since mine is old and will need to be replaced soon. I’m not sure when I can do this but it makes me feel better that we can discuss a payment plan when that time comes.

Messaged them on the evening of July 4th and got a quick response. Chris showed the next day morning around 7:00 A.M and found the issues in a matter of minutes. Replaced faulty components and got back A.C to work. Chris even ran diagnosis on other parts. Discussed about warranty and other tips. Thank you and would definitely rehire.
