We had a great experience with Honest Plumbing & Air. Wed been having issues with the pilot light on our water heater. I knew it was getting old and didn't want to risk some kind of flooding in the house, so I called Honest to get an assessment and estimate.They sent Seth out. As with most service calls, they gave us a 4 hour window that he might show up, and he actually showed up on the early side of it, which was appreciated.He was super personable and clearly knowledgeable. He was also able to explain things that had previously not made sense to me in simple terms. Has your plumber explained Charles Law to you? If he hasn't, then youre missing out.Ultimately we needed a new water heater and a water softener, because water in my town is absurdly hard.Seth and Chad came back two days later and did the whole job in a day. They did a great job, making sure we knew what to expect and how to handle the water being shut off. Somehow they were still personable, even though they were climbing in a 125 attic and sweating outside in the sun.No one likes to spend money on these kinds of things, but when it's necessary, it's nice to have good, skilled people to do the job.

Our plumber, Seth Smith, did a fantastic job. We anre having problems with our water heater not putting out sufficient hot water. Seth was able to zero in on the problem and has provided us some very good info on our options moving forward. Our experiences with Honest Air Conditioning and Plumbing have always been very positive and i highly recommend them.

Josh was awesome! Showed up earlier than I thought he would considering how busy this time of year is. Was detailed in checking the AC unit and even found a clogged sink in my bathroom that had leaked a bit from the night before.Great service! Highly recommend.
