Moss Miller did a great job of helping me over the phone. Turns out the PC version bought had some of its components changed out and it would have never run properly so it is being returned for a refund. I would highly recommend Moss Miller if you have computer problems you need help with. He’s very sharp and definitely knows how to troubleshoot problems!

My hard drive crashed on me. Moss Miller contacted me immediately with a diagnostic quote. He was very competitive. He picked up my computer and within 4 days (had to order a part), my laptop was back to me. He updated me of his findings, gave me options and proceeded with the repair. Also gave me pointers on "does" and "don't" going forward. I would recommend him to anyone. Great job!

Have CompTIA A+, and am constantly updating my knowledge by refurbishing PCs and testing software packages. In addition, I take online courses and have data on most major software if you require any how-to information. Have been trained in networking by ComPath, Inc, an early provider of broadband over cable services.
