- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on what type of material you want to use and features. I have a price per square foot in labor and once I figure out material cost I create a quote for my customers. I like to meet with them in person to go over their project and features.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with them to discuss options for their project. This also allows me to build a level of trust with my customers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a DYI family and started framing homes and restaurants when I was 18. After a few years I started working for a company doing home remodeling. I decided to start my own company last year and have a range of construction services I provide now. I couldn’t be happier with what I do for a living and everyday wake up knowing I couldn’t be more blessed!
