- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing includes labor and material. Pricing varies and depends on factors such as material type, framing, design, size, finishes, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out to take a look at the space, consult with you on what and how you're wanting it, and get you an estimate going. We are paperless so our estimates and invoices are all done electronically and sent within 1-2 days, depending on project and scope of work. Customer must sign upon acceptance of estimate. Once accepted we'll work on scheduling and deposit is made once schedule is confirmed. Larger projects are put on a draw schedule.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers on all types of budgets. Financing is also offered through our third party lender.
