You won't believe how much of a difference a competent helper can make! That's exactly what happened when David replaced our exterior door. I've had some not-so-great experiences with people hired to do "small" jobs, so I was a bit skeptical when I hired David. But boy, was I wrong! He was responsive, friendly, and professional. He made sure our door was installed correctly, kept the work area clean, and was upfront about the pricing and the amount of work needed. The only thing I wish was that I had more doors for David to replace!

David helped to fix our French doors that were installed unevenly, leaving gaps at the bottom of one door and at the top of the other. He had to get a little creative but was able to come up with a quick and effective solution, and not to mention at a reasonable price. If we have door issues in the future, I will definitely reach out to him again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Installation prices vary, but very reasonable. Product can also drive up the price (ex. a $300 stock Home Depot door vs. a $2500 custom wood door) so I work with the customer to get the best product at the best price. I typically offer a multi-door discount as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I determine how extensive the project will be, as well as find out how much help the customer will need with product selection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed an OSHA 10 course and am lead certified. I’ve worked around construction my whole life, specifically doors since I was 15.
