FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We discuss the diagnosis and price before work begins. Repair pricing depends on the failed parts, door size, hardware, and whether emergency dispatch is needed. The repair service call is $50 and is waived when you hire us for the repair. New-door and opener estimates depend on size, insulation, windows, finish, and hardware. If an after-hours or special-order charge applies, we explain it before dispatch or ordering.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we ask for one full-door photo and one photo of the problem area so we can understand the issue and bring the right parts. We confirm an arrival window, inspect the system on site, explain repair and replacement options, and provide the price before starting. After the work is complete, we balance, test, and safety-check the door with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our work focuses on torsion springs, cables, rollers, tracks, safety sensors, openers, and sectional garage doors. Garage-door systems contain high-tension components, so we use the correct tools and safety procedures and complete balance and safety-reversal checks after service.
