James and Ruben with Renovate 512 were AWESOME to work with. They installed two decomposed granite patio areas in our backyard. We wanted a rustic, natural feeling yard, so we looked for an alternative to concrete. The decomposed granite was a perfect fit for us. They got the job done in 2 days, and left no trace of a mess. Very satisfied with the job they did and would recommend to anyone else!

My project with Renovate 512 was to build an oversized garage with attached office and workshop. I met with James and was impressed with his straight-forward approach and professionalism and so we embarked on this adventure together. The time frame was estimated to be about 3 months, but not so.
For those of you who have never done extensive remodeling or new construction, beware…no matter how well planned, something always pops up. This was my 4th project and so I expected a bump or two along the way.
What can I say, we bumped, but through all the twists, turns, and bumps, James had my back. He fought to keep this project moving forward, even when outside forces were not on board. He promised he would see it through to the end and to my satisfaction. He kept his promise. I have had my fair share of contractors who walk when things don’t go smoothly or when I get fussy (polite wording here), but not James.
I also must give a shout out to his office team lead by Trista. They were always responsive and polite (and believe me I could make a saint cry!). My appreciation goes out to you and your staff.
Finally, once again, I want to thank you, James, for sticking with me and easing my frustrations and worries. If I am ever crazy enough to do something like this again, I will be calling.

We recently used Renovate 512 for several home projects, both indoors and outdoors. We can’t say enough good things about their work and the way they handled things. James came out within a day of us contacting him. He was very knowledgeable, extremely professional, very fast to respond and get his workers out to begin the work. The work was completed quicker than estimated.

The work included repairing cracks to the limestone blocks on the exterior of the house. They matched the mortar exactly and it all looks brand new. They also did major repairs to an exterior door, fixed an interior door, replaced floor trim around flooring and several other jobs. We can’t say enough good things about Juan, who did much of the work and Renovate 512. They will be our first call for future projects. Great company!

James Roberson, owner of Renovate 512, is truly one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. He was always available to answer questions and give advice. He returned phone calls and texts promptly. His team did a beautiful job remodeling our master bathroom. They did everything we wanted at a price MUCH lower than the other 3 bids we received.
