What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very standard, I don't like to take advantage of customers, I believe in building relationships with my clients for future work and reference.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer to assess the job and the customer's vision. We then discuss the project in detail and make sure to answer any questions the customer has. We go over the details and create a proposal based on the discussion. We encourage the customer to go over the proposal in detail. Once the proposal is approved, we brief our crews and get started! We keep constant communication with the customer and visit the job site until the project is complete to their satisfaction.
