I am writing this review because Koala Insulation did NOT sell me the spray foam insulation I was requesting. This business has INTEGRITY. As a woman, I was treated with respect and was not used as an easy target to make a buck. Andrew came in and listened to my request and brought out the thermal camera and showed me the actual problems with the temperature regulation in the rooms. Then he took the time to walk me through the steps I could do myself to insulate some problem areas, ultimately saving money. So very thankful he took a few extra minutes to save us thousands on unnecessary product. I will be recommending this business to everyone and will reach out to them for all future needs.
