They were fantastic!! Responsive, showed up early, and BY FAR the most reasonable rates. I only needed two pieces of furniture moved about 3 hours, so they just used the employees truck which saved me hundreds!! Will be using them again!

TSC was one hour late getting to our location even after I had confirmed the afternoon before. They used numerous blankets on our furniture without telling us the cost until payment was due. So it made our move more expensive than we thought. However, they were very professional and worked at a steady pace without taking breaks. Overall good job!

Texas Service Company did a great job! My only issue was that the two moving guys didn't really speak english, so it was pretty difficult for us to communicate. While pointing worked well enough, I can imagine this being a problem in many cases.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base rates include all taxes: Two hour minimum required for all moves. Hourly rates: $95/hour includes 2 movers, 1 truck and packing supplies. $125/hour includes 3 movers, 1 truck and packing supplies. For moves over 50 or more please all us for a free quote!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assist all new customers with a courtesy call and we listen to their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are trained and customer service oriented. We strive to please our customers. Our priority is to make the move efficiently.
