Working with Lexie was an absolute treat! From the start, she was incredibly collaborative and truly client-centric, ensuring that every detail matched our vision perfectly. I spoke to her about every detail - from making sure the cake topper I ordered would match her design to discussing the feasibility of adding certain elements - and she was so responsive throughout. She’s also great at communicating what she can and cannot do while offering creative solutions to bring ideas to life.

Coming to taste of the cake- solid 10/10! We opted for a half-and-half layer of chocolate and raspberry filling, as well as chocolate and fudge filling, and both flavors absolutely delivered. Every guest raved about how rich, moist, and flavorful it was. She also accommodates for nut allergies which is always a plus!

If you’re looking for a talented baker who listens, creates, and delivers exceptional results on all levels, Lexie is the one!

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to culinary school to learn how to cook and I had a 9 week baking class where the final was to bake a cake and decorate it. That’s how I knew that cakes were more of my interest. I got hired at a bakery and learned from watching the cake decorators make beautiful cakes. I started practicing from home, got orders and got better and started my own little home business 😊
