My pricing varies based on how many sessions purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a one time free 45 minute assessment that will go over all services I provide, medical history, goals and a 25 minute workout that allows me to find strength, weaknesses and muscle imbalances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Personal Trainer for 2 years and have worked in many different gyms. I have trained a variety of people with different goals. I exercise 6 days a week that includes strength training and cardio endurance routines.
