Introduction: I have been a NASM certified Personal Trainer for over 2 years and almost 20 years of exercise experience. I specialize in weight loss, strength training and boot camps. I have worked with a variety of clients to include Military personnel wanting to pass the PT test, marathon runners looking to have more muscle endurance and clients looking to lose weight and to have overall better health, I am also a certified Fitness Nutritionist which allows me to help guide you to choosing the right foods, eat better and most important how to read nutrition labels.

Steve's a great trainer. He motivates me and knows exactly how hard to push me. What I like best about his style of training is that he explains why certain workouts work and what part of the body are affected. I'm grateful he's my trainer. Highly recommended.

This guy is awesome! Never enjoyed my workout as much. Steve is very professional - with the program he made for me, I could see the result even after a few sessions! Now I feel and look great! plus he is very friendly and fun :) Thank you Steven! Highly recommend!!

Steve is very knowledgeable in the field of fitness. He is able to identify barriers that may be holding you back from reaching your goal whether it be weight or muscle. The exercises Steve has given me have produced results that I have been looking for. Steve is very professional and displays respect when working with you. I highly recommend him.

I feel very good about working out. I feel healthy,strong and motivated.i am energized and refreshed.I am not a small person,but Steve never passes judgment and keeps on pushing me to do more and work out harder.

Extremely focused training. Love that Stephen gets to know the person and recognizes physical limitations. Training never gets boring, it is intense yet doesn't leave you feeling exhausted at the end. I always feel energized and invigorated after a session with Stephen. I love his positive attitude and energizing outlook on life.
