Hank at Sprinkler Corps is my only choice for all sprinkler and related work. He is prompt, friendly and takes the time to explain all the options. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 trip charge which includes a full system diagnosis. Quote provided on site for any issues or improvements to be made. Same day repairs made in most cases.
Veteran, active duty and first responders will receive a 5% discount as a “thank you” for their service. Also offer 5% off for senior citizens.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After scheduling an appointment, asking simple questions to make sure I am prepared as well as possible to take care of the job in a timely manner.
