Mike Dorris is the AC Repair Technician you want to determine size before purchase, install and maintain your Carrier Infinity AC Units. Seven years ago we bought and had installed (at our house) 4 of our 5 Carrier Infinity AC units. We bought them from another local AC company that according to Carrier was their largest distributor in Corpus Christi. They both oversized the units and installed them wrong.A few years ago, we found Mike Dorris and we can happliy say 'he fixed all of our AC problems that started 12 years earlier when house was built'. We can now go through the heat of the summer without repeated AC shut downs due to high static pressure.We knew the world was different when Mike offered to perform/calculate a 'Heat Load Analysis' to determine what we actually needed. We had way too much AC tonnage and it was destroying our veey expensive AC units. Thanks to Mike, we haven't had to replace the units. By increasing the return air and repaired poor duct work all at his direction the units may last even longer (due to all the damage from the oversizing and incorrect install).Additionally, our electric bills dropped by 30%(not including inflation %) and the house is cooler/warmer.
