- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are completely committed to providing the highest level service and quality photos and video. We also understand how expensive weddings are, and we've set our prices at very reasonable rates. Plus, if you book us for both photos and video, we have special packages for you to consider.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a phone conversation or in-person meeting. We love to hear all about your vision for your perfect wedding day. We also want to understand your expectations and the look/feel of the photos and videos you like. We also gather the details of the day - the when, what and where everything will happen. We understand things can change and we are extremely flexible when changes occur. The next step is the contract which outlines the logistical details, price and deliverables. As the wedding day gets closer, we'd like to meet you at the venue, if possible, so we can walk through the big day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly shooting, training, taking webinars and classes and keeping abreast of the industry to stay current. We shoot in a multitude of indoor and outdoor venues with various lighting conditions using natural light, flashes and speed lights, gels and other photography devices to get interesting and cool effects.
