Justin makes every effort to make sure our piano is tuned and in good condition. He stays until he is satisfied with the result of his tuning. He is always available for any questions we might have and takes the initiative of making sure the piano is in good working order.

I offer flat-rate pricing. No surprises. You'll know the cost upfront.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At your piano's first service, I take the time to evaluate the instrument as a whole, checking all the systems and components. If I find anything that needs to be addressed, we'll discuss the best solution and move forward together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified piano technician, a certified dealer and installer for the Piano Life Saver system, and a QRS-certified installer and service technician.
