I hired JT appliance a few months ago to install my washing machine & fix my dryer because it wouldn’t turn on. He installed my washing machine properly but whatever he did with the dryer wasn’t a permanent fix. It was working for a few days and now it won’t turn on again. I reached out to him to see if he could come back out and see what was going on but he never responded back. 2 months later, I reached out again in hopes of resolving this issue. I realize things can happen and there could’ve been an underlying issue that he missed, but the main issue was no effort or no response to making it right.
