I charge based on property size and desired treatment. Although would be willing to work with customers on pricing based on service and treatment required.

Inspection is key in providing you with the best services. My service is not a one size fits all approach. Every home is unique in structural and environmental elements that require an experienced applicator to know how to fit your needs.
