PRICE NEGOTIABLE Basic cleaning services include bathrooms, kitchen, dusting, countertops, vacuuming, window sills, trash, floors. Baseboards and door /window trim if needed. Deep cleaning services include Basic Services plus baseboards, walls, doors, ceiling fans & light fixtures, hardware, appliances, making beds or changing linens, windows, appliances & dishes, as needed. One-time, weekly, semi-monthly or monthly scheduling available. One time make-ready pricing also available TRUSTWORTHY I am a Christian with strong work ethic; trustworthy, honest and respectful. Professional and personal References available upon request. MILEAGE OVER 30, SUPPLIES Prices do not include mileage. If your location is 30 or more miles from Lexington, TX (78947), a mileage per diem will apply. Customers ordinarily provide cleaning supplies and equipment. If I provide supplies and/or equipment (vacuum), a nominal Resources Fee will be added to the base charge. WORK GUARANTEED I am a 'Cleanie', raised by a mother who is a 'Cleanie'.
