He came over, quickly fixed the drain clogging issue. I wanted to see what the issue was that caused the block. That was hard for him to tell me. He charged me 150.00 to clean the drain block. Also mentioned ways how I can avoid the problem in the future.

He came over the same day I called and arrived when he said he would be there. Looked in the wall at the plumbing and explained everything to me. And even took a peek at some other things around the house while we he was there. Very nice guy, trustworthy. Definitely recommend.

Nathan was AMAZING. Seriously- stop your search for a plumber right now and book him. Being a first time home owner, I have no idea what I'm doing with home repair. I had a weird leak in my shower and was fearful it would cost me thousands of dollars. Nathan took a look and was able to replace a small part in 20 minutes flat. He also recommended some products that would help me extend the life of my shower tiles, as they are starting to crack slightly. Could not recommend Nathan more- he has made a lifetime client of me!

I base all of my pricing on a flat rate system. The more I know in advance the better price window I can give to a customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Estimates can be given by phone if the customer has pictures of the existing project or issue or an onsite visit can be scheduled for a dispatch fee.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive been doing plumbing for around 10 years with a license. Ive spent many years in new Constuction before I moved over to service field. I spent 3 years in commercial and moved to residential where I’ve been ever since helping people with plumbing dilemmas
