Oscar contacted me within a few hours of my request in which I indicated the problem was *not* urgent. I explained briefly that our recently purchased vintage cedar chest has a lock and key but the lock needed replacing because it wouldn’t open the lock. Oscar said they could probably stop by later today & he would let me know. Within an hour or so I heard from Oscar that Daniel was on the way, with his ETA. Daniel arrived promptly, was neatly dressed in his uniform & polite. I took him to the cedar chest & explained the problem. Within about two minutes he figured out that you needed to use the key *and* press on the lock. It worked fine!
