Hi, my name is Juan. I spend my days coordinating construction projects for commercial spaces — precise layouts, accurate measurements, and getting every detail right on paper before it ever hits the field. I’m bringing that same eye for detail to home remodels. If you’re planning a kitchen remodel or reworking a floor plan, I create clear, to-scale drawings so you and your contractor are always looking at the same thing. No more miscommunication over a napkin sketch — you’ll have an accurate plan showing exactly what’s changing, where things go, and how the space will feel. I can also provide 3D renderings so you can see your space finished before construction starts. I’m not a contractor or an engineer — I create design drawings for layout reorganization, kitchen redesigns, and cosmetic remodels. I don’t take on structural work, such as load-bearing wall changes.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on project size and scope — a simple layout sketch starts around $250, while a full drawing package with dimensions runs $900+. Every package includes 2 rounds of revisions, so you won’t be charged extra for reasonable adjustments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a phone call to understand your goals for the space, then either a site visit or your own measurements/photos to capture the existing layout. From there I put together drawing options for you to review, and refine based on your feedback — most projects include two rounds of revisions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My bachelors is in Architecture. I do have professional experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and design coordination, working daily in Revit on complex commercial construction projects — reading and producing detailed technical drawings is the core of what I do.
