FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I will come out and discuss the project. What it is that you want and how you plan on using it so that we can customize it specifically for the purpose that you need. I'll then send you an estimate with the cost of material and the cost of labor. If you like it and decide to have Integral do the work. We require a 50% deposit for the material 24 hours from the date we agree to start. Which can be paid directly through the estimate/ invoice. That way, I can have the material purchased and loaded the day before we are scheduled to arrive. Once the work is completed and you are happy with the finished product, you can go back into the invoice and pay the remaining balance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've previously worked for Island Home Services as the project supervisor. I was responsible and held accountable for each and every step of the build. I'm able to grasp new concepts very quickly, implementing them the way that maximizes efficiency without jeopardizing quality.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with home owners who were engineers and knew exactly what they wanted. Having the blueprints already drawn up. Wanting to supervise you every step of the way to customers that tell me their ideas and let me run with it. Trusting that I will give them exactly what they have in mind.
