- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After a discussion about what information is being requested, I give an estimate total price for the work. The total can fluctuate however, and be more or less when the work is completed. I also expect half the total payment up front and the rest later. I do except checks, money orders, cash, and now credit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
typically the process I use is to give prices of my services first after obtaining more information about the case and explain more in detail of the process of what I will be doing or what I'd recommend. I do maintain contact with my clients as I work the case so they aren't left in the clouds of what's going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of law enforcement experience and worked in investigations for 5 years. I am also well knowledgeable with the State laws and Federal laws and regulations. I also have a degree in Criminal Justice and I maintain connections with the local police department. I also am a qualified firearms instructor certified by the Fort Meade Rod and Gun Club and am licensed in Maryland and Virginia.
