What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on which service they are seeking, I normally do an initial evaluation to gather some information on what exactly they are wanting or needing, and what they would like their end result to be. But more importantly, I take the time to get to know each one of my customers to assure that we are in alignment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently pursuing my masters of science in behavioral health with an emphasis in trauma, but I have spent almost 12 years researching and studying this line of work.

I have worked with customers all over the world with all different backgrounds,culture, and belief systems.
