- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the size and condition of the vehicle. Heavier dirt, pet hair, stains, odor removal, or extra services may cost more. I always give clear pricing before starting, so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask about the vehicle, what service they need, and the condition it’s in. Then I give a price estimate and schedule a time. When I arrive, I inspect the vehicle, confirm the service, and get started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience with interior and exterior detailing, deep cleaning, stain removal, pet hair removal, paint protection, and proper detailing products and tools. I continue learning better techniques to improve my results.
