FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing goes by hourly rates, but can also be adjusted depending on the situation. Time could be cut in half, wanting to bring a friend or small group.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting the client and getting to know them personally is priority. I feel you need to have that connection, because you are more than just their trainer. From there, go over the basics like pre existing injuries, health survey, weight, height, measurements, & nutrition. This gives them and me an idea on where we are, and able to talk about where they want to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associate's degree in exercise science and I'm currently enrolled in finishing my bachelor's program. I'm specialized and certified in these areas by ISSA(International Sports Science Association): -Certfied Personal Trainer -Certified in Group Fitness -Certified in Strength & Conditioning -Certified in Sports Nutrition -Certified Behavioral Health Modification -Certified Bodybuilding Specialist
