My husband and I had Emanuel and Cornelius work security at our wedding, and they were GREAT!!! They arrived on time and stayed until the last person left, and they were extremely professional and focused. Although a smaller agency WCSS has amazing service, punctuality and professionalism. I needed a guard for a small event I was hosting and the venue required an armed agent. I called White Collar for a quote and was happy with the price and professionalism of my guard. They’re very attentive and take initial security evaluations very seriously. 10/10 recommend.

Great service. Timely response as far as any legality is concerned. I wouldn't have it any other way. Would strongly recommend to anyone who needs a legitimized Security Program. I worked closely with the Owner and CEO and he is extremely accommodating and knows his stuff.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a free security evaluation to determine what safety and security risks may pose against your event, business, office etc. and utilize this to cater security solutions to every site, ensuring the utmost quality of service we can provide.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This process can vary depending on the size of the contract. For smaller one time contracts we can expedite our process while still catering to all the clients needs and wants, whereas other larger scale ones will provide a more in depth breakdown and proposal process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our guards are trained and certified by the state of TX. We also ensure all of our guards are trained in CPR, Fire Safety, Active Shooter, and Anti-Terrorism to provide further layers of protection to your site. We may also implement these trainings into your operations to ensure all personnel outside of security staff are well versed in these procedures.
