We built our home 4 years ago and had a water softening system put in shortly after, unfortunately we didnt have the most honest salesperson. We spent a lot of money on half the system we needed, Ill take some blame on not doing the proper research. Weve already had to replace upgraded appliances, so I decided dig into it. I called the guys at Mr.Rooter off a referral and I can say this was a completely different experience. First off they worked with my schedule and kept in constant communication all the way till arrival. Secondly, the guys looked at my system and explained what the system was missing, and what needed to be re-worked. They knew their business like a second language and when I didnt understand Wes would explain it in non plumber terms. I decided to upgrade my system and add a filter to remove the chemicals. So now we have softened and pure water running throughout the house. I as expecting to have to wait a few more days for the tech to come out but to my surprise, these guys are the plumbers, not just inspectors/salesman. They hooked up my system in about an hour and left everything looking clean and neat. Awesome work gentleman. I will be using the company for all my plumbing needs going forward.
