What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing can be negotiable, but the best discounts are given to repeat customers. Backwards, I know.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I spend time asking questions to understand what the customer wants. If we have to trial and error, we will. My priority is to give the customer what they envision, if possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an FAA Part 107 License, though Thumbtack doesn’t have that option in the Certification section just yet.
