Can't say enough about Joe! He was uber responsive and showed up at our home within a couple of hours. We couldn't believe we got same day service! Initially he fixed our main problem which I had caused trying to install the wifeys high end bidet. Well he showed up and got the toilet working super fast but bc of a tricky bidet oem part, he couldnt initially get the bidet working with our current toilet setup. He properly explained the issue, and we called the manufacturer to take care of it on their end. He mentioned there were a few other ways to get around the situation but took it upon himself to go out of his way and attempt an alternate solution. He called me up and asked permission to come back as he had found the part. Well that worked and the wife was super ecstatic! Thanks again and I will without a doubt referr Black Bear Plumbing to my family and friends!

Service was top notch and was very informative on everything that he was doing and would be doing. I could tell he knew what he was going and seemed very trustworthy, which is super important when trying to find a good plumber. I will he using him for all plumbing service going forward and also be referring to all my friends and family. Also, the pricing was great and much needed compared to others that I got.
