Brian was absolutely incredible! He was punctual, worked around my schedule and even came in today (Saturday) to finish the project. He diagnosed the problem with my dryer up minutes of opening it up, called a distributor at 4:15 on a Friday afternoon and made sure they had the replacement part ready for him to pick up first thing Saturday morning. Not only did he fix the dryer, he checked all the timing cycles and sensors as a courtesy and gave me some great general maintenance tips as my particular dryer is very old and delicate... An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure and Brian definitely cured my problem and again, gave me some great preventative maintenance tips. I would highly recommend Brian to friends and family alike. Not that I want any of my appliances to break, but it's good to know there's someone honest and dependable I can call to help me with the problem, should anything happen in the future. Keep up the great work, Brian. It truly does speak for itself.

I was very happy with the service Brian provided. Although we decided to not to repair the dryer, he offered to help me find a newer one to purchase. I would highly recommend Brian and Katy Scratch & Dent Appliances & Repair.

Brian came over to install a dishwasher and did a fantastic job. I had purchased the dishwasher from Lowe's and they cancelled the installation date on me twice. I phoned up Brian on a Saturday and he was available on Monday, and he was right on time. Brian is friendly and hardworking, I am very impressed with the work. I would definitely recommend Brian.

unfortunately my washers motor was shot but he explained to me between the parts of the motor And the labor it would be better to just get myself a new one prices were reasonable for the service I would definitely call again if my dryer or refrigerator or another home appliance needed repair

I was in search of someone who could perform routine maintenance on my washer & dryer. There was nothing broken, just want to keep my machines running well. Brian arrived when he said he would, was thorough, explained what he was checking (and why), gave me some expert tips and let me know what to look out for.
