Not great communication. Rescheduled me & told me he'd be there to help around 4:00 instead of 11am. When he didn't show, I texted him to make sure he was still coming. He called shortly after to tell me he'd arrive in about 30-40 minutes. 2 hours later he still wasn't there, so I texted & told him not to worry about it because the movers said they could do it for me instead since I had to be out of my home at the end of this day (which he was aware of). His response was "thanks for making me drive from Katy to here." I spoke politely to him throughout this entire process, even after playing the waiting game. If he'd been honest about the time he was going to make it there & didn't give me attitude for HIS unprofessionalism, I would have been happy to wait for his services.
