Adam called almost immediately after I submitted request. Another co. had just called, & from pics I posted, they diagnosed’ prob & told me to buy a new fridge. Appalled, I hung up & was *so* grateful that Adam, from Altair, called me just after that & was available immediately.. He came right over, pulled the quasi-antique fridge out, found the broken part & asked me to tidy it up a bit while the part was on order. That was a fast job, as he returned day after that (to a spic & span machine), installed the new fan & had it up & humming again. One could not DREAN UP a better, more consummate professional in every way; and we paid a very, VERY small price to have our fridge repaired … and NOT to have to buy a whole new one! You cannot do better than Adam; he is the very best: considerate, thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way shape and form. Thank you, Adam, for *everything*!

This is a good company to work with if you need your household appliances repaired in a hurry. My freezer was not freezing anymore, and I reached out to them, and they came out the same day. The issue was diagnosed, parts were ordered and freezer has been repaired. Also offers a 3 month warranty on parts. I would use them again.

Very pleased with my experience with Altair Appliance Repair. They were punctual, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. They came to repair my double oven, but after inspection and diagnostic testing, they found that the issue was actually electrical, and not an appliance issue. I appreciated their honesty. First we do diagnostics, then we determine which spare part is faulty, then we give a price for repairs. If the customer agrees, then we begin the repair.
