They were very professional. Kept in touch and were willing to work within my family's timeframe. As they were working, they were very good at talking to us about what they were doing and showing us the actual price of a part that needed to be ordered.
Unfortunately after they had gotten the needed part, it did not fit and was told the parts are no longer being made for this dishwasher.
The technician was nice enough to refund our money for the part that we had paid for.
