- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat service call fee($65) that goes toward the repair. Pricing is always upfront, with no hidden fees. We also offer warranty on parts and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand the issue. Then we schedule a convenient time, diagnose the appliance, explain the repair and price, and complete the work as quickly as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the lead technician, I have completed factory training with Samsung and Whirlpool. I hold both an Apprentice Electrician license in Texas and a refrigeration & air conditioning technician license. In addition, I bring over 15 years of experience in industrial automation and appliance repair.
