How your technician visit will work (what to expect)

• Appointment confirmation:
You’ll receive a confirmation with your appointment window. We may message you before the visit to confirm details.

• Arrival updates: On the day of service you’ll receive status updates. About 30 minutes before arrival, you’ll get a notification that the technician is on the way.

• Diagnosis & estimate: We’ll diagnose the issue and explain what we found. You’ll receive an estimate before any repair begins — no surprise charges.

• Service call/diagnostic fee: The estimate does not include the service fee. You only pay the service call if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

• Parts (if needed): We’ll review options and timelines and order parts as quickly as possible (including special-order parts when required).

• Finish: After the repair, we’ll test the appliance, show you it’s working properly, and clean up the work area.

• Warranty: Parts — 1 year. Labor — 90 days. (Covers the repaired issue/installed part only.)

• Payment: We’ll send a secure payment link in invoice.We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover), ACH, Zelle, cash, and check.
