Technician came on time and performed a check on the washing machine. His office gave me an estimate as promised. What I didn't appreciate is there was no detailed explanation of what would need to be fixed. That is the primary reason why I didn't hire them to do the work.

Our company policy is that detailed part names and specifications are discussed verbally and documented in the estimate only when a customer proceeds with the repair.
