Huge fan of the Steve Slaton repair team - They repaired our dish washer and did dryer maintenance/cleaning. This company is LOCAL too.The team answering the phone were nice, respectful and quick to help. Got a tech out to our house around our schedule and quickly.Robbie was our technician - Very knowledgeable, knew our issue immediately, talked us through what could have gone wrong/caused the issue. Very punctual and respectful. 20+ years as an appliance technician.Hope I dont have to call them again soon but they will absolutely be our first call if we have any other issues.

I havent had to use a repair technician in awhile, so I was a little leary of searching for one online. Their reviews were all good. I liked that they were local and family owned. Matthew was prompt, professional, had the correct part with him, and quickly resolved the problem. Hopefully, I wont need them again but if I do, I will definitely call Steve Slaton!

our diagnostic trip charge is $95 plus tax..it's waived if we do a repair.
